1. What Is Our Delivery Policy?

• Orders placed are shipped from our warehouse in Bangalore and shipping charges are levied based on the weight and the pin-code where the delivery needs to be done, unless indicated ‘Free Shipping’.
• We ship every order within 2-3 days of placement of the order. Delivery in Bangalore will be within 48-72 hours and rest of India would be within 7 days.
• We work with only reputed courier companies with experience in handling E-commerce delivery as our logistics partners and these estimates are provided by them.
• There could be possible delays in delivery due to holidays, weather conditions, inability to reach location etc.
• International Orders may be subject to duties/taxes of the respective countries. The customer will take responsibility of the above in case of all international shipments.

2. What is Our Exchange, Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy?

We at MICHELLE SALINS take pride in our designs and quality and will be glad to hear your feedback on the cases of any product return.

Exchange:

• In case of any fitting/sizing challenges, we support our customers in exchanging the product to a different size. We must be informed of the exchange within 48 hours of you receiving the product.
• We shall send the requested new size of the same product if there is availability of stock within 2 days of receipt of the initial product.
• We shall bear the returns cost of delivery/shipping only ONE time for a product in an order.
• Exchanges will be only for size variants of the same product and not for any different product from the one ordered.
• Sports Bra / tops shall not be accepted for exchange or returns. It is requested that the customer checks the size chart before purchase.



Accepting Returns:

• For us to accept a returned product, the following need to be in place:
• Product should be unused with all the tags, stickers, and original packaging in place.
– No RETURN on sports bra tops.
• Any removable laces, bands etc should be present and in unused condition.
Incase of any signs of usage, wash-stains etc we will not be able to process the request for refund or exchange.
• Requests for return/exchange should be done within 2 days of delivery of the product by the customer. We shall not be accepting any return requests post that time.



Refunds: 

• Applicable refunds shall be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the request for returns.
• While processing the refund, please note that shipping charges and COD charges shall not be refundable.



Cancellation: 

• There may be certain unforeseen situations where MICHELLE SALINS ATHLETICA / Sanatha Lifestyle may have to cancel an order placed by a customer in full or part.
• These could be situations like limitation of stock, errors in product description on our website, some product defects which has been identified, errors in pricing on the website, non-receipt of payment from the customer, error in payment processing when the customer is trying to place the order, or any possible suspicion of fraud or malpractice.
• We shall inform the customer in case of an order cancellation and the applicable refund shall be processed within 2-3 working days in case we have received payment for the same.



Pricing:

• MICHELLE SALINS ATHLETICA /Sanatha Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. endeavors to provide the most accurate pricing and product information on the website https://michellesalins.in. However, we shall be changing/ correcting the price of a product, in the event an erroneous price is displayed on the website due to error in price input or any other technical reasons.
• In case the customer has ordered the product at the incorrect price, MICHELLE SALINS ATHLETICA / Sanatha Lifestyle Pvt.Ltd. shall communicate with the customer and cancel the order/ amend the order with the actual price.
• Further, depending on the composition of fabric used, design changes, etc prices of products may change at the discretion of MICHELLE SALINS / Sanatha Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd.
